As we pass the six-month mark, HLT is in a unique place as we have finalised and released our most complete and mature product suite to date, making our ecosystem the strongest it has ever been.
The Hermes Software as a Service (SaaS) Air Cargo Service Management Ecosystem includes a variety of products, including our best-in-class Hermes Cargo Management System (CMS), alongside additional pay-as-you-go products, including Hermes Integration (allowing robust and secure API based integration with third-party solutions), Business Intelligence and Data Lakes (which provides customisable data visualisation and insights into complex areas of data across your operations, as well as accounting, KPIs, and messaging), Track & Trace (providing users with complete service availability in a single source), Hermes Learning Management System (LMS) (a comprehensive online training solution for Hermes users across their operations) and Hermes Integrated Landside Management Solution (delivered in collaboration with Nallian providing state of the art slot booking and reception functionality).
As the Hermes CMS, Hermes BI & Hermes T&T are better known, I’d like to share with you a bit more on our newest releases, namely, Hermes Integration and Hermes LMS.
The Hermes Integration product allows third-party systems to interact with the Hermes SaaS Air Cargo Ecosystem in a stable, future-proof, secure form, through properly published APIs accessible by Hermes managed service customers. HLT has released in parallel a different solution using integration middleware for our on-premises customers. Hermes Integration facilitates information sharing and data processing between the Hermes CMS platform and any application of your choice, making it easier than ever for our customers to connect disparate systems into one place.
The release we are currently most excited about is the Hermes LMS. The LMS is a software tool that allows you to independently train your staff on Hermes CMS, with content on other Hermes applications to be added later, through courses and programs. All training content is hosted in one centralised hub, and the curriculum can be tailored to your specific needs.
Looking forward, we are heavily focused on delivery and upgrades for our customers. A number of projects are already underway, including migrations to the Hermes SaaS ecosystem in Europe and the Middle East, software upgrades in the Middle East and Asia, and implementing Truck Visit Management in the US.
The team are ready and raring to continue supporting our customers to make full use of the Ecosystem through upgrading and migrating to Hermes SaaS.
