Voice of Nextgen: Kedar Dhokarikar

Kedar Dhokarikar joined Hermes as an intern with a keen interest in aviation but no prior knowledge of the air cargo sector.

He now aspires to be the best software developer in cargo operations, after returning to the company as a full-time associate software developer in April this year.

“I went from having no knowledge in detailed cargo processes to solving more complex issues,” says Kedar.

“Hermes gives more opportunities to young people like me to grow and develop skillsets in the right direction, which is a great thing for new college graduates as well for their future professional careers.”
